We supply and fit made-to-measure window blinds and shutters for domestic and commercial properties across Plymouth and surrounding areas. All measurements are taken by our fitters during a free home measure visit. Prices are quoted following the measure visit and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Submitting a booking request through our website is a request for an appointment — it does not constitute a contract for the supply of goods or services. We will confirm your appointment by email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment.
We ask that someone aged 18 or over is present at the property for the duration of the measure visit.
All quotes provided following a measure visit are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the specific requirements discussed at the time of the visit. Any changes to specification may result in a revised quote.
An order is only confirmed once you have accepted the quote and we have received the agreed deposit. All products are made to measure and bespoke to your requirements — orders cannot be cancelled or amended once manufacturing has begun.
You may cancel or reschedule a free measure appointment at any time before the visit by contacting us by phone or email. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
Once an order has been placed and a deposit paid, the following applies:
All prices quoted are inclusive of supply and fitting unless otherwise stated. We require a deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due on completion of installation. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or such other methods as agreed.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time prior to an order being placed.
We will agree an installation date with you once your goods are ready. We ask that the installation area is clear and accessible. Any delays caused by inaccessibility or changes requested on the day may result in additional charges.
Minor making good (e.g. filling small drill holes) is not included unless specifically agreed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, windows, or surrounding areas.
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of sale. Our fitting work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or any delay in supply or installation. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
